Job seekers are often told to optimise for a named applicant tracking system. The advice usually skips the first question: which application platforms do you actually encounter in UAE-facing listings? We ran this analysis to give you a source-backed starting point, while being explicit about the limits of the data.
Quick answer: Greenhouse, Oracle Cloud, and Workday are the three most frequent application-platform labels in this 1000Jobs snapshot. Greenhouse and Oracle Cloud are effectively tied, so the data does not support treating either one as the universal UAE default.
Which application-platform labels appear most often in this snapshot?
Greenhouse appears first on 5,046 de-duplicated non-LinkedIn source records, or 15.51% of the snapshot. Oracle Cloud is close behind on 4,992 records, or 15.35%. Workday follows on 4,570 records, or 14.05%. These figures describe labels in listings reached by 1000Jobs, not employer software procurement.

How concentrated is the platform picture?
The top five labels account for 59.26% of the non-LinkedIn snapshot, while the top ten account for 78.80%. That is enough concentration to make a clean, text-based CV worthwhile across common application flows. It is not enough concentration to justify rebuilding your CV around one platform name.
Greenhouse leads Oracle Cloud by only 54 records, or 0.16 percentage points. That difference is too small to make a useful claim that one system owns the UAE market. The better conclusion is that both appear frequently in this listing snapshot, followed closely by Workday.
Does Oracle Taleo still appear in the snapshot?
Yes. Oracle Taleo appears on 308 de-duplicated non-LinkedIn records, or 0.94% of this snapshot. Oracle Cloud appears on 4,992 records, 16.20 times as often. That makes Taleo present but comparatively infrequent in the listings we can see.

How should you use this when you prepare your CV?
Use the snapshot to avoid overfitting to a platform name. It does not test parsing quality or ranking logic inside Greenhouse, Oracle Cloud, or Workday. A clear, text-based CV is the durable default: conventional headings, selectable text, clear dates, relevant scope, and achievements that substantiate your skills.

Why is LinkedIn shown separately from the platform table?
LinkedIn is a source route, not an application-platform label in this table. The same de-duplicated snapshot contains 44,447 LinkedIn source-and-external-ID records, or 57.75% of the 76,964 source records analysed. A LinkedIn listing can still redirect you to an employer careers site.
Of those 44,447 LinkedIn records, 22,750 carry the source-provided Easy Apply signal. That is 51.18% of the LinkedIn snapshot and 29.55% of all de-duplicated source records. It is a measure of listings captured by 1000Jobs, not every LinkedIn job in the UAE.
What can this data not tell you?
This analysis cannot tell you what proportion of all UAE employers uses each platform, which system parses CVs best, or what share of all applications eventually touches an ATS. It measures source labels in listings reached by the 1000Jobs ingestion pipeline, using one record per source-and-external-ID combination where an external ID was available.
One employer can post many roles, a role can be reposted, and a source resolver is not a technical audit of every final application host. The snapshot date is 17 August 2026. The population is 76,964 de-duplicated records: 44,447 LinkedIn and 32,517 non-LinkedIn source records. The unit is one source-and-external-ID combination where an external ID was available.
The application-platform labels come from the existing 1000Jobs source resolver. The label is useful operational context, not a claim about an employer's software procurement or every final application endpoint. All internal figures in this article come from this methodology and the visible table. External facts are cited at their original sources.

Is the claim that 75% of CVs are rejected by ATS accurate?
No reliable UAE-wide estimate supports that statement.
